We are thrilled with our new staircase. The fit and finish on the timber is superb and your fitter did a marvelous job installing them. We particularly love the bespoke detail baluster that we commissioned you to make. I thought it was going to be a flat steel design but the banding and scroll end details make them pop.

Just a note to let you know how very pleased we are with our brand new Victorian Ash Staircase unit.
It was made in a timely manner, installed by two well mannered, clean, tidy and very professional installers (carpenters), who left the site clean as they found it.
The finish of the stairs is unbelievable, and the fact the case does not take up my entire room, they look elegant, simple, quality and when my builder walked in and saw them, he said 'WOW THEY LOOK STUNNING'.
So to a team of experts, thank you for delivering above our expectations.
I have referred a friend to call you for an immediate quote as she is needing some stairs put in. We did not hesitate for a moment to refer her to you.

Matt and I would like to say a HUGE thank you for such a professional job on our stairs installation and building work. We have met with many tradies over the past year while doing renovations and you guys were the most hard working, clean (very impressed with the amount of vacuuming!), and happy to answer all of our 'silly' queries.
The stairs and work look fabulous and will make our lives so much easier accessing downstairs - almost doubling the size of our house - and I'll be able to carry Baby down so much more confidently.
We appreciate that the overall job was probably bigger than anticipated (that seems to run with this house) but we never heard a grumble and all of you came up with some fantastic and ingenious work around solutions.
